If you aren't in this blog to help make it better, than get the fuck out.
We are looking for people who don't mind taking an extra second posting a video or a blog so that the overall experience on the site is better for all of us.
Copy and pasting youtube links is unacceptable.
Unless the source legitimately does not offer an embed code, the video should be embedded. And youtube videos always need to be embedded.
Clean it up.
